1. Please ensure any illustrations or cover art is credited to Concepts by Canea on reveal or in print. 

2. A 50% Non-Refundable deposit will be retained in the event of cancellation for any reason. Please note that all orders are nonrefundable once they have begun. 

3. The image will be emailed in PNG format, unless otherwise discussed. Other formats may incur extra fees. 

4. Prices include standard commercial license for using to create paper goods such as prints, vellum sheets, stickers, cover art (if cover art initially purchased). For creating any further merchandise, 3D figures etc, please contact me about purchasing an extended commercial license.
